For anyone who’s thought about starting a brand or business, let me tell you, it’s confusing. Some individuals think you need some flashy idea or that the timing has to be perfect, but that’s not it. The hardest part is just starting. Taking action. Being seen. Putting yourself out there for the world to peek into your thoughts and judge your every move. Entrepreneurship isn’t about perfection. It’s about being consistent when nothing makes sense yet.
I’ve started over more times than I can count. And the biggest challenges are always the same, figuring out where to begin, pushing through doubt, and believing that what you’re doing actually matters. It’s exhausting. But when I zoom out, it’s also fulfilling. There’s something special about knowing that what you build could actually help someone else one day. That’s why I’m writing this blog, to give you a look at what I’m building through GiorDior and where I’m headed.

GiorDior started in 2023 as a way to track my fitness and personal growth. It was my place to experiment with branding and share my progress with others. Over time, it’s become more focused, helping millennials build financial freedom and develop a stronger sense of purpose. At its core, GiorDior is built on transparency, consistency, and the belief that we all have something worth building. It’s my vehicle for freedom and my way of proving that you don’t need to be a genius to create something meaningful, you just need to care and keep going.
I didn’t start GiorDior because I had all the answers. I started it because I didn’t. I wanted to show that someone average, like me, could create something valuable. That success isn’t about being flawless, it’s about showing up, being different, and being willing to figure it out in public. GiorDior is proof that heart, grit, and a little curiosity go a long way.
Now let’s talk about millennials, why I’m choosing to focus on us, and why it matters. Millennials are facing one of the hardest housing markets in history. We’re dealing with record high prices, low inventory, crazy interest rates, massive student debt, and a job market that doesn’t pay like it used to. On top of that, we’re constantly being told we’re behind. Behind our parents. Behind in wealth. Behind in ownership. And honestly? It’s frustrating. Because we’re not lazy, we’re navigating a system that wasn’t built for us.
That’s exactly why I'm choosing to target millennials. Because we deserve guidance that can relate to us. We deserve real options, not pressure. I want to give my generation the tools to make smart decisions, whether that’s buying now, renting longer, or investing in a way that supports our lifestyle. The traditional route doesn’t work for everyone. But we still need to understand the game so we can play it our way.
I will never be here to push people into buying homes just for the sake of it. I’m still renting because flexibility fits my life right now. That might change, but I’m not going to pretend I’ve got it all figured out. I just want to make real estate less intimidating. It shouldn’t feel like a gated community reserved for people who “made it.” I want to make this process feel exciting, transparent, and even stylish. Through GiorDior, real estate will feel modern, honest, and yes, cool. Because your agent? It’s me.
I’m here for the individuals in Denver who are tired of renting, or just want to start learning how to build. I’m also here for the creatives, entrepreneurs, and dreamers who crave independence but don’t know where to begin. If you’ve ever felt like this world wasn’t built for you, GiorDior was.
And if you know me, then you know GiorDior will continue to be sleek, real, and a little rebellious. This brand isn’t about sales. It’s about showing what’s possible when you stop waiting for permission and start building something of your own. I’m not here to sell you anything. I’m here to bring value, share what I’m learning, and walk beside you as we figure this “ wealth thing” out together.
This is just the beginning. GiorDior will never be perfect, but it’s real, and it’s being built with purpose. I will be bringing blogs to you from real estate, market updates, and entrepreneurship. Please feel free to reach out with anything, I’d enjoy the opportunity to connect!
